Do you offer free shipping?

On all orders over $39, we offer free shipping to the US and Canada. On orders less than that, our shipping fee is for US $5.99 and Canada 9.99

Refund and Return Policy

Every product can be returned within 45 days after the purchase. Refund will be processed to the payment method used for purchase. For returns and refunds please email sales@minsom.com

Is there a warranty on your products after purchase?

We strive to present our customers with the best quality products, but should you encounter any problems with your product after delivery, we offer a 45-day warranty period.

Do you come to the house for pet sitting services?

We do offer house visits to look after your companion, and you also have the option to make use of our boarding services; a safe and fun place to drop your pet off until you are ready to collect them!

Over what period of time can I book your pet sitting services?

We offer our pet setting services over the duration of three time periods:

1. 9pm – 7am

2. 7pm – 7am

3. 24 hours

Will my dog be safe if taken on a walk with other dogs?

Seeing as we are a professional dog-walking service, our walkers have tons of experience managing groups of pooches. However, should you wish for your little guy or girl to be taken extra special care of, we offer private dog walks too!

Do you offer pet grooming services?

Unfortunately, we do not offer grooming services – but we do have various products in our store aimed at keeping your pet healthy and hygienic. Check it out!

When will my payment method be charged?

Your payment method will be charged automatically during checkout process. You may see a pending charge as soon as we begin to prepare your order. After your order has shipped, the pending charge will disappear 24 to 48 hours after your order has shipped. There’s no need to call or update anything online.
